Great for family with kids

My room was decent and the hotel overall had good vibes. I could feel safe enough bring my kids around and they loved the casino environment even if they couldn’t partake in it. The staff really went outta their way to help when I needed some extra towels for my kids after they got all sticky from some game they played.

I enjoyed my recent stay! The spacious room had an amazing view of the Ohio River, and the modern amenities were a real treat after a long day. I also loved the delicious dining options available, especially the evening meal at the Tap House.

The king room was clean and spacious, featuring fast water heating and convenient USB outlets. However, the shower door opened awkwardly, making it challenging to get in comfortably. The lack of parking options created confusion during check-in, and the recent addition of a resort fee felt surprising for returning guests. The food at the deli, especially the cream cheese options, was a delightful highlight.

Rooms are clean with great views. The Kitchen Buffet served delicious food, and the casino has plenty of games to enjoy.

Check-in was such a circus; I thought I'd entered a comedy show instead of a hotel.

Had an awesome getaway with friends. We enjoyed the casino and explored the local zoo. The children's museum nearby. It was nice to have clean rooms, and the staff was friendly. Just a heads up, maybe check if they have rooms cleaned before your stay.

Checked in and had to wait for a room, which was a bit annoying after traveling. The front desk didn't communicate very well about when we could get our room.

We loved staying here with the family! The kids had a blast at the nearby Mesker Park Zoo, and the access to our room felt secure. Our Queen room was cozy and spotless, perfect for our stay.

In my wife’s opinion, the parking situation was a mess. It took us forever to find a space, and a fridge would really help families keep snacks fresh. Just an extra amenity could make a big difference with kids.

The riverside views really stand out, providing a scenic backdrop that’s hard to ignore. Access to the diverse gaming options and on-site dining makes it easy to enjoy the best of both worlds without needing to wander far.

I encountered some maintenance issues in the Superior King Room, like a loose toilet paper holder and vents that needed cleaning. The clogged rain shower head wasn’t ideal, either. Cleanliness could use some improvement-carpets in the common areas and hallways seemed neglected. Management struggles with key card security, as I heard about guests being able to access rooms with incorrect keys without much follow-up. While the casino atmosphere is lively, it felt a bit off during my stay with a lingering smell of smoke, even in non-smoking sections, which could impact comfort for some. Lastly, the lack of standard room amenities such as a fridge and microwave left me wanting more, considering the rates.
